As stewards of 1,100 acres of prime land within McKinney, Tom Woliver presented Oxland’s vision for Painted Tree to key community and business leaders at the chamber’s developer update.

Painted Tree will provide much needed housing within booming McKinney, Texas. In McKinney’s bid to draw corporate relocations and class A office tenants, it is a tremendous asset to have a new home community that appeals to a wide variety of consumers.
